Cyber Security Specialist (m/f)

Beschreibung

• Develop bespoke cyber solutions for individual client requests as part of a wider deal team, including working together with clients to identify, map, assess, model and transfer their individual enterprise risk
• Collaborate with technical experts to assess the current cyber maturity and risk landscape of the clients and translate the findings into bespoke insurance solutions
• Actively manage client engagements, facilitating workshops and conducting risk interviews with clients
• Actively promote CIP’s capabilities in the Cyber Risks area internally and externally in client and broker meetings, conferences and market events

• Ideally work experience in the cyber risks area, with a focus on IT risk management
• Experience in, or at least interest in, strategically/technologically important topics such as Industry 4.0/digitization or production IT in the manufacturing industry or cyber risk specialization within a specific industry
• Entrepreneurial spirit, business generator, good negotiation and excellent presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills, passion for innovation & creativity
• Willingness to work on completely new solutions in a dynamic environment
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent English skills; German, French, Spanish or another foreign language skills would be ideal
• Solution-oriented thinking and strong team player mentality
