Our client is currently looking for a Scrum Master (m/f) for a project in Dusseldorf
- Prepare, discuss and complete sprint scoping together with customer
- Lead, moderate and complete planning poker
- Take over the role ?Scrum Master?
- Lead implementation team consisting of up to 3 resources
- Define implementation standards and get approval by customer
- Drive and enable implementation team in concepts, implementation, technical documentation and development testing
- Ensure implementation team?s compliance with above mentioned implementation standards
- Ensure delivery of planned sprint scope by implementation team in time and budget
- Create concepts for new wireframes and screen flows based on sprint scope, customer requirements, style guides, UX principles
- Code refactoring in order to ensure testability by unit tests (e.g. by encapsulation of functions in JavaScript)
- Create Unit testing concept and framework
- Ensure formal acceptance of sprint result by Customer
Skills:
Required languages: good written and spoken English
