Wir, Robert Half Technology, suchen derzeit für unseren Kunden aus der Bankenbranche einen Projektmanager (m/w) SaaS / Audit für das folgende Projekt:The task is to document the processes and define proper controls for to monitor and for auditors to verify that we follow the procedures. Establishes documentation of operating processes for SaaS offering of MIG21 product in the area of: software patching, escalation procedures, bcp, deployment of changes, user rights, incident management, data requests, rollout management, support division (CTS/CS), license handling, transition to support, bug tickets handling, monitoring / SLA eMIG. MIG21 is a compliance product used by multiple banks and financial services business and each of these should tasks should take one week.
Process areas to document are in a Software as a Service environment (SaaS) (where we host software for clients):
1. Establish a patching procedure (initiation, planning, client communication, testing, deployment)
2. Define the escalation path for major incidents
3. Document the consistent BCP strategy and testing
4. Deployment of changes dependent on the nature of the change
5. User rights management (infrastructure, support and client user, firecall)
6. Incident management in Salesforce with SLA reporting
7. Division of tasks between technical teams
8. KPI reporting and monitoring process
For regular support of non-hosted software clients:
9. Data request procedure for incident analyses
10. Delivery and rollout process
11. License issuing and updating process
12. Bug resolution process
13. Transition to support process (initial and after projects)
Requirements:
Experience of having Audit within a SaaS environment or participated as a key person within this process
Knowledgeable on the development and the operating processes in data centers
Previous documenting skills
English and German speaker
Familiar with control language and software development and operations in SaaS environment.

2-3 day working week (20 hours)
