Your tasks:
- Responsibility for ensuring the successful implementation of the Workday solution
- Drive the client implementation involved in the development of several key project deliverables (e. g. charter, project/staffing plan, issue logs etc.)
- Responsibility for managing to the agreed budget and delivering the project profitably
Your qualifications
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Certified project manager (Prince/PMP)
- Extensive experience in project managing large financial implementations for complex multi-national organisations
- In-depth knowledge of general ledger and financial reporting
- Experience in managing 3rd parties in a project and excellent organisation, time management and communication skills
- Project management experience and a CPA and/or advanced accounting degree
- Profound experience in working in an accounting position
- Knowledge in 2 of the following areas: general ledger, accounts payable, expenses, billing, grant and/or fund management, procurement, fixed assets, projects, cash/treasury or financial reporting
- Experience in implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar application
- Consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company
