Your tasks:
- Access and control optical, mechanical and electronic components of HMD (Head Mounted Systems)
- Implement signal processing algorithms in C++
- Convert programs written in typical graphical languages (e. g. LabView) to C++
- Implement algorithms (C++) for real-time synchronisation and control of opto-electronical or opto-mechanical components
Your qualifications
- Excellent skills in optics C++ programming
- Profound knowledge of and experience in signal processing
- Preferably knowledge of commercial optical design softwares, e. g. VPI, Zemax or Rsoft
- Basic knowledge of computer vision is beneficial
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- German and/or Chinese language skills would be beneficial
- Knowledge of the Asian business culture would be beneficial
