Requirements
- SMC handover, support and reporting
- Reporting to management
- Coordinate the onsite coordination
- Contact with partners on site
- Use of customer databases and daily operational tools
Qualifications
- Completed vocational education as Technician in Electronics, Telecommunications or ICT.
- Experience in 3G and Transmission networks
- Experience in operation and functional understanding of network equipment.
- Experience with Network Management Systems and Applications
- Preferable Working knowledge in a Network Operations Centre
- Working knowledge with service management processes
- Ability to speak and write clearly in both German and English
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and high pressure situations.
- A precise and problem-solving attitude.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
