General project description
The client has a global digital marketing team which is responsible for all global digital marketing activations. One of the working areas comprises the field of analytics and reporting, in which the tool Google Analytics is used and the tool DoubleClick by Google is being rolled out in collaboration with global media team. Furthermore, a custom reporting tool combining website and social media data has been developed and is now maintained by global digital marketing team which has specifically hired a SSC employee in Bratislava to take care of day-to-day business.
All of this is closely tied to the web development project, which is performed by a web development team located in Düsseldorf, since code implementation is needed on a regular basis to make sure Google Analytics and DoubleClick by Google tracking is working properly.
Tasks/Services
We are searching for a Senior Web Analyst Project and Process Manager to fulfil the following tasks and services
Google Analytics | Implementation of tracking codes and analysis of web events
- Manage implementations of Google Analytics code via Google Tag Manager
- Maintenance of Google Analytics structure
- Error handling in case of unexpected web events
- Create decision templates and special analysis for management
- Create ad hoc reports and manage search console in Google Webmaster Tools
- Translate complex datasets into business-oriented findings, insights and implications
- Recommend optimizations for improved user experience on web pages
DoubleClick by Google | Project management for company-wide roll-out
- Steering of company-wide roll-out process via PRINCE2
- Internal communication and alignment with global media, global digital marketing, local digital contacts, global development team and Laundry business unit contact
- External communication and alignment with technical service providers
- Collecting all necessary parameters (URL, GA-UA and GTM-ID) for every Beauty website
- Maintenance and implementation of missing GA-UAs and GTM-IDs for every Beauty website
- Management of DoubleClick implementation on all Beauty websites
- Taking care of legal compliance by implementing legal disclaimers on all DoubleClick websites
Custom reporting tool | Process management and process transfer
- Conceptualizing and defining standard processes for maintenance of custom reporting solution
- Modeling of defined processes in BPMN 2.0 and creation of guidebook
- Transferring standard processes to SSC employee
- Governance of standard processes
- Regular meetings and trainings with SSC employee
- Contact person and coach for SSC employee
- Internal communication and alignment with global digital marketing, IBS and SSC employee
- External communication and alignment with technical service providers (Quintly)
