Finance Lead within the HR Transformation programme (m/f)

• Overall responsibility for delivery of Finance deliverables within budget, timeline and quality
• Represent core financial topics of HRT, including supporting disciplined investment, realization of benefits, and sound future OME
• Liaise with financial stakeholders (including Tax, Accounting, Finance etc.) and help drive topics
• Inform and advise program leadership and team regarding critical financial topics, decisions, considerations
• Review and support reporting to program stakeholders
• Contribute to evaluations of and negotiations with internal and external providers
• Ensure financial elements fit into broader HRT delivery approach, team processes, etc.
• Define financial impact assessment approach and build into HRT Rollout and Baselining approaches
• Oversee progress of detailing operating model economics for future HR operating model
• Identify and support in implementation of required financial steps, e.g. issuance of loans, establishment of a new company
• Progress HRT finance topics including asset capitalisation, depreciation and recouping of pre-funded investments, especially with entities making central investments
• Plan approach for global business case update including engagement of HRT stakeholders
• Ensure identification, communication and resolution of tax topics
• Ensure financial views are embedded in work streams, communications and engagements to OEs, and in project analyses and decisions (e.g. build/buy decisions)

• Profound experience in Finance Management / Operational Finance / Project Finance
• In-depth knowledge of Project Management
• Relevant experience in Stakeholder and Supplier Management
• Proven experience in the creation of business cases
• Fluency in English, German is an advantage
