Aufgabe:Service-oriented Architecture (SOA) for Service and Enterprise Architecture Modelling
Anforderung:
- Analyze existing services and processes regarding content, interfaces, results, requirements and parameters
- Develop new, or adapt services including processes fitting to the provider model and customer needs taking all required interfaces and contracted SOW and SLO into account
- Product Knowhow:
Active Directory and Exchange
o Create a service model incl. cost structure and all required parameters (Statement of Work/Service Brief)
o Create changes for services adjusting contracted statements
o Analyze changes for dependencies to costs and efforts
o Adapt existing documents or create new ones describing all required service aspects
o Work with service owner, business owners and executives
o Identify service flow (provider and consumer)
o Define business and IT standardization and integration
o Define application, data, platform and infrastructure components, rules, compliance and security
o Define application components and modules
o Define information and data objects and system flow
o Design system measurements and reports
o Select application functions, tasks and services
o Select platform and infrastructure devices
