On behalf of our Global customer RED is now searching for an SAP Workflow expert for a flexible contract position starting ASAP. The initial work is for an estimated 5-10 man days, which can be scheduled in line with your availability and completed mostly remotely. There is the possibility for extension on a longer term basis if the collaboration works well.
The position will be responsible for designing & implementing a Workflow which will streamline credit management processes within SAP SD and FI.

Overview:
The Client currently has a process in place to block delivery notes to Customers who have exceeded their credit limit, and to "unblock" these deliveries after the Customer is back within their credit limit. Unfortunately the process for "unblocking" is very effort intensive right now, for example copy and pasting a lot of data into excel sheets in order to provide the required data for the Approver to make a decision. The client wishes to streamline this process, including a solution which automatically provides all required data (mostly from SAP SD & FI) to the Approver on one screen.
Tasks:
* Review of proposed solution/requirements from Client; is it feasible? What could be done better?
* Propose effort estimation for the Workflow
* Design and implementation of a robust and efficient SAP Workflow solution
* Custom development (ABAP) as required (eg to provide data to the Approver)
Required skills:
* Extensive experience implementing SAP Workflows
* Functional knowledge of SAP SD and FI modules
* ABAP programming skills
* Fluent English language skills
Nice to have:
* Experience implementing SAP Workflow for the same scenario, in other Clients
* German language skills
Parameters:
Start date: ASAP (can wait until mid-November)
End date: flexible
Utilization: flexible (can be 1 day per week, or 5 days per week, as per your schedule)
Location: most work can be done remotely, with travel to customer location close to Cologne
