Leistungsstunden: 150 Stunden offsite, 550 Stunden onsite
Standort: Großraum Hannover
Sprache: GER, ENG
Reisetätigkeit: occasional travel required
Reisezeit: 30 Stunden
Aufgabe:
- Coordinate the creation of any kind of communication to the IT end users resp. the Customer Business Units (like user guides or process descriptions)
- Deal with Customer Business Units resp. the IT units to fulfill their communication needs
- Publish resp. review articles and user guides
- Support IT project rollouts in regards of any communication needs
- Coordinate continuous improvement of the end user IT portal (myIT portal)
- Support in collecting and analyzing service issues raised by the IT end users

- Ability to work independently and autonomously, with initiative to drive changes and deci-sions
- Experience in an international company and in working with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English and German
Fach-Skills:
- Project Management Skills
- Experience in preparing communication for IT projects and IT services
- Professional experience in IT, preferably in IT infrastructure in a pressurized environment
- Demonstrated ability to build valuable relationships with stakeholders, customers, col-leagues and suppliers
- Excellent skills in Powerpoint, Sharepoint, MS Office
- Strong organizational skills
