Projektbeschreibung: Project Description: Logos – Imotic application upgrade project
Solution approach – Upgrade P62 P60 LOGOS-Imotic to Version 5
-Implement in waves with BU waves including Tollers
-Like for like
-No overall process harmonization
-Process review
-Eliminate unused functionality
-Technical update interfaces such as FedEx/UPS/Malvern/DeltaV etc.
-Utilize new V5 development from EU where applicable
Approach:
The Go-Live wave approach is recommended, grouping plants in waves which use common processes and functions.
Actually after the restart of the project mid 2016 the number, the content and the sequence of the waves are in redefinition.
Anforderungen: – User Application Support – SAP ABAP – Consultant – Program Manager
Task Description:
In the project he / she is responsible for the Logos-Imotic upgrade for 31 plants linked to SAP P62 and P60.
The project has the following phases / milestones and tasks and deliverables for the upgrad:
Analyse and Design: mainly already done in the first phase of the project in 2015
-Analyze business processes: Business Process Design
-Design process solution
-Identify application requirements: Requirement List (CR`s, FD´s)
(create CR´s and FD´s)
Build: mainly already done in the first phase of the project in 2015
-Customizing and Development
-Create variants for all relevant programs: List of used interfaces/programs with variants
Integration test preparation and test: actual phase of the project
-Finalize test case set-up quality control: Validated test cases
-Prepare and manage master data for SIT: Master data list
-Prepare and execute integration test: Test-case Database
User acceptance test:
-Prepare and manage master data: Test-case Database
-Support user training: Trainings-plan and concept
-Prepare and manage user acceptance test: Follow-up and closure of Test cases Problem reports
Deploy and Cut over
-Manage detailed cut-over plan: Cut-Over Plan
-Set-up deployment environment
-Prepare and manage master data: Master Data Migration List
movement data migration
-Cut-Over activities : Checked Cut-Over activity list
Go-Live:
-Sign-off / Acceptance of cut-over plan Sign-Off Document for Go-live
-Manage and support first postings Labels
-Analyze and monitor Go-live evaluation
Post Go-live / Hypercare:
-Manage support activities: Go-live Open Issue List
-Coordinate Bug fixing
-Adjustments of scope (need to be defined): Additional CR and solution follow-up
Knowledge Transfer and Handover to Maintenance:
-Create handover documents : KT Document
-Explain new/changed processes
