Task:• Incident and Request Management for File Access Management primarily based on e specifically developed Management Tool (FAM)
• Ticket verification and obtaining approvals of specific Data Owner before granting/removing access rights
• File Access troubleshooting in regards to eventually missing access rights, restoring access rights and eventually restoring missing data
• Performing Data Restore requests (single file – multiple Folder file structure)
• Incident and Request Management for User Account Management (create/modify/delete) – based on Active Directory
• Incident and Request Management for User/Object Group Management (create/modify/delete) – based on Active Directory
• Assist and instruct End-Users how to use the File Access and Group Management Self-Service Tool (giving Guidelines and quick ad-hoc Trainings to the customer)
• Support based in ITIL basic rules
Requirements (Must have):
Proofen knowledge the following Microsoft technologies:
o Windows File Access Management / NTFS Security
o Windows Active Directory User/Group/Object Management
o VMware 5.x and 6.x Products:
o Daily Operations and troubleshooting
• Experience File/Data Restores by using Backup technologies like (HP Dataprotector, Tivoli Storage Manager, BackupExec, Netbackup)
• Familiar with ITIL methodologies especially in the area of Incident and Request Management
• Proficient spoken and written German and English
• Only permanent employee of GmbH / AG
• Ü1 Security Clearance
