We are looking for a
software defect and change manager (m/f)

Duration: 6 MM++
Place: in Baden-Württemberg

Your tasks:
  • Support the software project leader and assist in defect and change closure planning
  • Responsibility for receiving, recording and tracking defects and changes
  • Support the team in dispatching defects and facilitate decision making
  • Prioritise defects fixing and changes with the help of the project management
  • Track and push defect and change tickets and know details about the status of a defect or change
  • Process group related defects and changes in one task when appropriate
  • Participation in weekly team meetings and CCB meetings with customers
  • Provide weekly status reports about defects and changes internally and to customers
  • Create change request description, CCB meeting minutes and change requests impact analysis report
  • Provide engineering input for program management for customer change requests and respect quality requirements of the software design process


Your qualifications
  • Experience in the area of embedded or automotive software development
  • Expert or Master in handling defects/changes in software development cycles
  • Experience in the usage of defect/change tracking systems is a requirement
  • Knowledge of SCRUM and RTC is beneficial
  • Experience in customer contacts is required
  • Solid German and English skills
  • Commitment, flexibility, presentation skills and communication skills to assist in the multinational development
