Business Process Analyst (female/male)

Field of activity
The Business Process Analyst role is responsible to drive Business Process Management excellence across the organization. This role partners with business leaders who ultimately own mainly administrative processes (ie client due diligence, KYC, contract-to-cash, etc.) to help design, implement and continually seek out process improvements. The Business Process Analyst will also develop and maintain a repository of templates, definitions, flows and other best practice tools to govern process excellence and hold business process owners accountable to follow the implemented processes.

Tasks/responsibilities
* Plan and lead a project to identify and document the customer onboarding process in regards to client document handling and approval
* Identify and develop critical and/or inefficient business processes and develop lean target processes
* Champion the adoption, implementation & change of processes through business partners
* Liaise between the business and IT on process modelling and system implementation
* Support the smooth transition from project to business as usual
* Prepare presentations and decision requests on management level

Qualifications/required skills
* University degree or equivalent
* 5+ years of related business experience, experience in change initiatives, with a track record of accomplishment in large, complex projects
* Proven track record and success in designing and implementing multi-entity and multi-location service organization ideally administrative functions like customer on-boarding and maintenance
* Proven ability to analyze and document business requirements to support the development of process and technology solutions
* Sound knowledge of regulatory and data protection requirements in the financial services industry
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in German and English is a must)
* Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate effectively on different levels within the organization
* Good team-working, conflict management and relationship-building skills
* Willingness to learn and teach new methodologies and tools
* Ability to work independently, accurately and timely and to prioritize
* Fluent in English and German
