We are currently recruiting for a Radio Optimisation Engineer to join their business in Germany.
Position Title: Radio Optimisation Engineer
Position Type: Employment (2 yr fixed term contract)

Responsibilities:
Monitoring and analyzing radio network KPI;
Network optimization with GSM and UMTS technologies;
Responsible for customer satisfaction in terms of quality of the network, familiar with methods of network optimization services;
Making plans to improve network coverage and quality;
Con-checking and optimizing configuration parameters, neighbor, etc;
Outputting optimization reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree of Telecommunication/Computer/Automation or related fields;
About 6+ yrs experience in telecom
At least 2-3 yrs experience with Huawei equipment;
Familiar with UMTS and LTE optimisation;
Fluent Speaking/Writing English, German is plus
