Support R&D recruitments for roles to be based at our HQ. Roles from Manager to Director level. You are accountable to drive the recruitment process from the briefing with the hiring manager up to the contract signature, ensuring a positive recruitment experience throughout the recruitment process. Ensure delivery of qualified and matching profiles to the business. Be solution oriented and result driven.
Conditions:
Start date 04.10.2016
End date 31.01.2017
Option to extend 3 months
Requirements:
Experienced with SuccessFactors nice to have
Pharma / R&D experience nice to have
English business fluent
German nice to have
Recruitment experience minimum 6 years
