Beschreibung

Task and responsibilities

  • Support for the open access stream to coordinate and ensure development of a consistent approach across multiple project sub streams and the aspects of the regulation for all markets and products where our client is providing trading and clearing services
  • Contribution to weekly status reports and monthly management presentations
  • Assessment of regulatory requirements assigned to the open access stream.
  • Support the collection and alignment of requirements within the various sub streams to enable defining and drafting of a harmonised functional and contractual framework
  • Contribution to definition of the future operational target model in a MiFID II/MiFIR context & the gap analysis between the existing business/functional architecture & the future target model

Mandatory skills and experience

  • Special focus on the specific service offerings of infrastructure providers and the applicable contractual framework
  • Experience in the identification of important elements from the functional documentation and regulatory requirements and their transformation into business requirements and contracts
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Solid experience in the preparation of contractual and legal frameworks for infrastructure service providers
