Your tasks:
- Manage and coordinate multiple teams and concurrent projects on a regional level in order to define technological strategies and project priorities in accordance to business strategies and constraints
- Ensure that the right competencies are available
- Ensure that the right processes are defined, communicated and followed
- Direct preparation of product or system specification, design and documentation
- Set out technological strategies and project priorities, cost and resource plans
Your qualifications
- Profound experience in electronics/mechanics/optics/software
- Advanced technical skills in several disciplines
- Expertise in the application domain
- Solid planning skills and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English
