Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen Prozessanalyst (m/w) Shared-Service-Center in Stuttgart.
Starting Point and Goal
The organization of the finance function is mainly decentralized, leading to a heterogeneous process landscape. The Customer wants to analyse options for further optimization measures, especially the possible usage of an European shared service center.
PROJECT APPROACH
Scope: European subsidiaries and the Finance function “Accounts Payables”
Analysis of the as-is situation in the European subsidiaries
Internal and external benchmarking: Identification of previously available best practices and development of further optimization and improvement potentials
Operating model definition for the finance and accounting function
Qualitative and quantitative assessment of the feasibility in form of a presentation of results and a profitability calculation
Development of a time plan, a roadmap and thus a comprehensive communication strategy
ESSENTIAL PROJECT RESULTS
Data Collection: Overview and assessment of the as-is situation of the finance function including number of FTEs, costs and efficiencies of the relevant processes,
ERP systems; identification of optimization goals
Operating Model: Development of various scenarios of possible future operating models and development of a target operating model including scope potential, delivery model, organizational structure, HR and tax aspects
Feasibility and Business Case: Assessment of the feasibility of different scenarios including organizational and technical requirements, assessment through the results of the business case (investment needs), sensitivity analysis and detailed cost-benefit analysis
Decision Paper: Roadmap until the implementation phase as well as a communication strategy including identification of the stakeholders such as employees, employee representatives, shareholders and external parties
