1 TASKS
1.1 INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT:
- Server landscape care (Local) - Developer VMs, DB-host, Network unlocks software
- Server landscape care (LDEV)
- Establish, Maintain, update planning for the various releases
- Database access concept for the different DB instances (INT, PROD)
- Configuration management different, server environments LDEV-> >DEV (INT).
1.2 SERVICE DELIVERY AND LINES AT AD
- Releases make ready for delivery, finalize Release Letter
- Build and delivery platform (DEV to INT, communication with customer/Vote
- with Release Management)
- QS deliveries (DB), test scripts on separate DB
1.3 TROUBLESHOOTING
- Analysis of problems and errors with respect to the environment (database, Application Server,
- Web Server)
1.4 PROCESSES AND SUPPORT
- Definition and maintenance of policies and processes for data migration
- Branching/Merging
- Change Management database
