TätigkeitenbeschreibungFür unseren Kunden aus dem Raum Bonn suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt (nach Vereinbarung) für die Standorte Bonn und Warschau einen
SAP SCM Berater (Planning, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Logistics) (m/w).
Aufgaben:
* Support definition of strategy for the Planning, O2C- and P2P-, After Sales- and Logistics processes based on industry best practices
* Responsible for translation of business requirements into system and process solution through definition of the technical design, customizing, interfaces, development specifications etc. in SAP SCM-ERP (MM, SD, LO, LE, SNC)
* Integrate into and build up strong relation with the SCM-team, coach and challenge project discussions, provide input and requirements for strategic standard processes which have to be implemented in One.ERP (SCM).
* Closely align and report back to the SCM- / Logistics function
* Provide support in the evaluation of planning and costs of the requirements
* Define and track business benefits and KPIs for SCM-template and rollout in the clients subsidiaries
* Coach and challenge local CRM implementation initiatives to ensure best possible compliance with One.ERP SCM processes and international SCM-Strategy / -concept of the client
* Represent SCM in the Design Authority board of One.ERP, ensuring that SCM is fully integrated in the strategic transformation program One.ERP
* Hand-over business content to and on-board clients internal resource after recruitment as successor
Für diese Aufgabenstellung sollten Sie über die folgenden Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen verfügen:
* Deep understanding of the telecommunication business and respective End-to-End Supply Chain processes: order to cash and purchase to pay. Detailed processes: sales order, inventory, stock transfer, shop replenishment, availability check, quality management, co-packaging, warehousing & transport mgmt., supplier & customer VMI Experience in the following processes is an advantage: collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment, short-age management, stock allocation, global ATP, retail store management
* Understanding of complete processes (beyond direct area of expertise) and multi-layer dependencies including current industrial trends (e.g. Industry 4.0, IoT etc.)
* Experienced in SAP SCM ERP (MM, SD, LO, LE, SNC) with deep knowledge of customizing of specified modules (profound knowledge of two or more modules is mandatory). Some knowledge in logistics for high-value retail goods and in SAP SCM APO is a plus.
* Knowledge in inventory/warehouse interface (EDI, idocs,…)
* Understanding of SAP SCM specific master data
* Working in international matrix-organized project organizations.
* Track record of successful hands-on SAP SCM- / Logistics projects in functional lead role positions
* Good team player with proven skills in collaboration in non-hierarchical, international and cross-functional teams
* Strong at technical & functional analysis with attention to detail
* Outstanding communication skills, with business as well as with IS/IT departments
* Excellent English language skills
* Presentation und moderation skills
* Structured project mgmt., -tracking and –reporting skills
* Proactive, result- and success driven, persistent, effective and efficient.
* Ability to work under pressure
* Readiness and ability to travel
* Beneficial Skills:
- German language skills or other European language
- Track record of successful SCM- / Logistics projects in other than the telecomunication business
