Our client is the market leader in Engineering and IT services for a wide range of industries with more than 4.000 employees within the group. The project position will be based in Leipzig, Germany but with around 50% remote work. As the Microsoft Dynamics CRM developer you will be in charge of planning and executing the implementation of the new Microsoft Dynamics CRM system within the organisation based on existing project and system planning. You will work within a team of specialists and define the implementation procedure, the architecture and carry out the programming and customizing works.
Your responsibilities:
- Being in charge for the structuring, planning and implementation of a newly introduced Microsoft Dynamics CRM based on already existing phase 1 system planning
- Definition of implementation standards, procedures and processes for the implementation process
- Analysis of business requirements and translation into system adaptions and customizing requirements
- Creating concepts, architectural decisions, technical choices, plans, goals and strategies
- Effective communication of these concepts to other stakeholders
- Carrying out the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, programming in accordance to defined requirements and customizing works
- Planning and execution of testing
- Project Management in line with defined targets and KPIs
The requirements:
- +3 years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, 2015 and 2016 (primarily) as well as SQL Server 2014 incl. SSRS/SSIS
- Programming skills, customizing skills
- Good knowledge of.net and Java script desirable
- Experience with CRM development: Customizing, Plugin/Workflow-development (.NET)
- Experience with the design, definition and the execution of requirements and processes
- KnowHow in the field of architecture and infrastructure regarding ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services) and WAP (Web Application Proxy)
- Autonomous worker with collaborative approach
- Highly operational mind-set
- Strong project management skills
- Strong cross-functional thinking and acting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Located in Leipzig, with 50-60% remote work possible
- Skills in Microsoft professional environment
- German and English fluent required
