On behalf of our client, an international finance institute, are we looking for external support as stated below:
PMO (f/m) Customer Onboarding/financial area Frankfurt P650
Division/Section
Our client consolidated its customer on-boarding and maintenance functions. The new area comprises organizational units of different regulated and unregulated entities in different locations world-wide. The functions include but are not limited to client on-boarding, KYC, customer relationship management, contract life cycle management, customer service/hotline, invoicing and dunning.
Field of activity
The client seeks an experienced Project Management Officer to support a running project to optimize our customer on-boarding and maintenance processes and to implement a Business Process Application.
Tasks/responsibilities
Develop process documentations and business requirements/RFP for on-boarding software selection
Manage and implement sub-projects
Conduct a customer survey, follow-up and track responses
Qualifications/required skills
Minimum of three years of experience in the administration of projects
Experience in customer on-boarding projects in a regulated environment and software implementation projects are a plus
PMP Certification or comparable qualification
Advanced experience using SAP (esp. CRM), Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in German and English is a must)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, plan and initiate
Ability to work independently to research and resolve questions and problems
Have strong analytical and creative problem solving abilities
Demonstrated ability to work in teams and independently
Ability to communicate effectively on different levels within the organization
Demonstrated customer service excellence and attention to detail
Penchant for learning
Additionally, you need to be a team player with good communication skills, highly motivated and flexible.
