Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line customer support to telecom clients
- Record all incoming problems/queries related to network performance
- Resolve customer issues using knowledge/known error database
- Produce service desk (weekly/monthly) statistics and reports
- Liaise internally to resolve incidents/problems
- Monitor and manage calls Qualifications
Requirements
- 1- 2 years of recent experience in telecom customer service/helpdesk role
- Strong customer orientation and positive approachable attitude
- Good Conversation German, Romanian is plus
- Flexibility to work shift patterns (3 shifts a day)
