Java/OSLC APIs Engineer (DOORS NG Project) - Hamburg, Germany - Long Term contract (€p/hr)
My client, a market leader within their sector are looking to recruit an SW Engineer to help with the roll out of a DOORs NG related project.
The position can be described as follows:
The Role:
- You will be part of the DOORS NG project, which is a global DOORS NG rollout for my customer.
- As a Software Developer you will be responsible for developing and implementing Java Scripts based automation for Rational Doors NG using OSLC APIs.
- You will work in close cooperation with Application Groups and Engineering teams, including assurance that requirements and its solutions are designed, built and incorporated into the Engineering ICT services delivered to the customer.
Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Gather and review requirements with users
- Develop, test and deploy Java scripts to support business needs
- Write coding standards and design documentation
- Provide hand-over training to support team
- Final deferrable must be a reusable script/API enabling extensions to other interfaces.
Skills Experience:
- Java and JavaScript development experience
- Eclipse development environment experience
- Experience in using REST APIs in some language (Java, Perl, python) for automation scripts,
- Experience with OSLC API
- Experience with Linux operating system
