Onsite: 350 Stunden

Aufgabe:
Support for internal Carve-Out project: Asset & License Transfer:
• Support in asset & license data collection
• Support of clarification of carve-out-parts for relevant Software-products
• Communication with software vendors, clarification of details
• Preparation of all necessary license transfer documents (adaption of templates, given by the project lead)
• Support in creation of the Asset Transfer Agreements
• Collection of data and maintaining of the data base
