Beschreibung

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

für unseren Endkunden suchen wir externe Unterstützung.

Tasks:
Support the project manager in the negotiation and re-negotiation of contracts with 3rd party suppliers
• Support the project team with the transfer of licenses, contracts and assets in accordance to the wave approach
• Support the project manager in the establishment and in the alignment of Asset Transfer agreements (ATA) with several parties (e.g. Procurement, Legal, Finance)
• Support the project manager in the establishment of new specific agreements or adjustments of current service supplier master agreements (MSA) ( for business- unit specific “IT Transformation” initiatives in both: a) current resource unit oriented or b) new service oriented contracts
• Based on License Enterprise Agreements (e.g. Microsoft), support the project manager in the establishment of individual contracts for business- unit specific cloudification initiatives
• Support the project manager in the planning, governing and controlling of the budgets for both- the respective project and Workstream management
• Cooperate with the Commercials & Contracts Workstream Lead and PMO to fulfill the reporting requirements that fit with the program governance
• Work closely with other project managers to align dependencies on plans and targets
• Manage, facilitate and attend meetings that keep stakeholders engaged and updated
• Responsibility for sub-projects in bigger projects of responsibility for smaller projects, respectively
• Fulfillment of complex tasks
• Dialogue partner for the customer
• Assistance in the preparation and presentation of offers
• Introductory training of new colleagues

Skills:
• Good knowledge in negotiation and re-negotiation of contracts with IT service suppliers
• Good knowledge in license and asset transfers projects
• Good communication skills and able to prepare senior stakeholder presentation material
• Ability to support in establishing new specific agreements or adjustments of supplier master agreements for business- unit specific “IT Transformation” initiatives in both a) current resource unit oriented or b) new service oriented contracts
• Ability to support in establishing of individual agreements, based on License Enterprise Agreements (e.g. Microsoft), for business- unit specific cloudification initiatives
• Experience in Carve Out projects, especially in the field of Asset & License transfers and negotiations
• Experience with IT implementation projects (SAP and non-SAP) in relation with carve outs is strongly recommended.
• Given the size and complexity of the program, methodological and practical experience with risk management and multi- dimensional interdependencies are an essential prerequisite for this position.

Kontingent: 1.344 Stunden onsite & 336 Stunden offsite, sowie 126 Stunden Reisezeiten
