HR Country Operations Specialist - FreelanceJOB TITLE: HR Country Operations Specialist
LOCATION: Baden-Württemberg
DEPARTMENT: Human Resource
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operating within a matrix organization the successful candidate will need to develop effective working relationships with HR Country Managers, HR Business Partners and the wider HR team.
Key activities are:
* Supporting the International HR Service Delivery team
* Providing Support to HR Geography Partner CER
* Supporting operational and administrative activities for the Central Region * Data reporting & Data Filing
* Administrating International/ Local Policies and Programs
* Providing Employee and Management Support where applicable
Experience and Personal Skills:
* Fluent in German & English - both spoken and business written
* Preferable minimum 1 year experience gained within an HR function
* Basic knowledge of German Labor Law advantageous
* Solid experience with MS Office, specifically Excel and Word
* Excellent communication skills
* Self-confident, knowledgeable and pragmatic
* Stress resistant, able to work with strict deadlines
* Able to dig into the details but at the same time capable of differentiating essential versus non-essential details
* Administrative skills, data handling and reporting
* Very well organized, very structured in how work is handled
* Self-sufficient, independent, pro-active, able to pick up the phone and discuss topics in internationalenvironment
* Project Management Skills would be advantageous
* Ideally - Experienced in working and understanding the complexities of operating in an international environment
