Head of Pharma Controlling

For a well-known pharmaceutical company I am currently looking a Head of Controlling in Hesse.

The role:

As Head of Controlling for the Biopharma GMS Pharma sites you are a key member of the GMS Controlling Team in the Biopharma Divisional Controlling Organisation. You are responsible for Controlling in Biopharma's 10 Pharma Manufacturing Sites. You are also the Controlling Business Partner to the Biopharma GMS Vice President, Head of Global Pharma Manufacturing and the GMS Pharma management team. In this role you support Pharma Manufacturing in all financial aspects of operational activities, strategic activities and investment activities. Furthermore you provide reliable and consistent financial reporting on the performance and KPIs of the business at both worldwide and site level. You deliver transparent financial analysis which facilitates decision making and financial control within the business. You assess strategic business decisions and investments and provide Controlling Statements for all GMS Pharma capex investment proposals that are submitted to the companies board. You drive the budgeting and forecasting process both at site and global level and manage the annual cost roll process for Biopharma Pharma sites. You lead the Controlling team at sites and focus on continuous improvement and leveraging expertise of functional groups and best practice to drive system and process improvements.

Pharma production processes min. 5 years´ experience

manufacturing finance min. 10 years´ experience

leading an international team min. 5 years´ experience

Proven experience and achievements in project management
