For our client we are currently looking for aPosition: Support Delivery Manager (m/w)
Tasks:
- Support the delivery manager by monitoring and maintaining the complete delivery cycle throughout the entire project. This involves central delivery planning (incl. plan and administration of deliverables, monitor provider deliveries, plan and monitor deliverables of parties outside the project, plan and monitor releases, monitor test- and mirgration progress) incl. controlling of in time delivery.
- Set up and maintain delivery processes across the project teams.
- Set up and maintain necessary tools to support the processes, measure progress and introduce KPIs
- Identification, administration and escalation of dependencies, issues and risk
Requirements:
- Knowledge delivery management tasks and responsibilities
- Knowledge of delivery management methods and tools
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products (esp. microsoft project)
- Ability to structure topics and organize tasks
Languages: fluent German, fluent English
