We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to support their project in Germany.
Position Title: Funknetzplaner/RNO Engineer
Position Type: contract
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3-6months' rolling

Responsibilities

Realization of network planning and optimization for consolidation project with GSM, UMTS, LTE technologies

Development of Network planning guidelines and process for projects purposes

Network performance statistic data analysis, drive test data analysis, signal tracing data analysis and troubleshooting to improve network performance.

RF parameters analysis, changing proposal and implementation operation to improve the radio network performance.

Technical communication and clarification with customers and subcontractors.
Skills and Specifications:
-
Master degree in telecommunications, electronics or computer science
-
Comprehensive understanding of telecommunications and wireless technologies
-
8yrs working experience as RNO Engineer and more than 5 years experience on network planning in vendor is preferred

Good experience on network planning and optimization tools

Fluent in English and German
