Business Process Support/Process Modelling/T2S/Process Drafting/Securities Settlement
Key Skills:
- Minimum 3 years' project experience in complex large IT related projects
- Minimum 2 years of experience in conceptual work surrounding the definition of operational or testing related processes
- Good knowledge in Process modelling and minimum 1 year experience in this field
- Fluent in English with good technical drafting skills in English
- Specific knowledge and experience in conceptual work related to the definition of the Business Processes, ideally in the field of T2S
- Experience in drafting process related documentation such as manual of procedures
- Organisational skills for preparing workshops and organising the relevant follow-up work
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a securities settlement related project.
- Good knowledge of T2S related functions
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Involvement in the conceptual work related to the definition of the Business Processes for the Insolvency Procedures in T2S. For these activities a good understanding of T2S is required and practical experience in T2S related project work would be an asset.
Design and analysis of operational processes as well as the related coordination processes related to the handling of an Insolvency case in T2S.
Update of the relevant parts of the T2S Manual and consistency check with related chapters.
Supporting the preparation of workshops and meetings including organizing the relevant follow up work. The focus of this service is to support the Securities, Collateral and Standardisation (CSS) team. The focus of the assignment will be on post trade harmonisation, covering both TARGET2-Securities (T2S) as well as the wider Capital Markets Union (CMU) agenda. This service will comprise of analysing, reviewing and contributing to various dossiers in this area including functional and regulatory harmonisation aspects.
In addition to the focus on T2S harmonisation topics, the service will also contribute to the Team's activities involving wider harmonisation and financial integration initiatives (eg European Post Trade Forum, relevant EU Commission regulations, international post trade standards).
