We are currently recruiting for a Backoffice Last level Support to join their business in Germany.
Position Title: Backoffice Last level Support
Position Type: Contract

Main Responsibilities:
- Proactive troubleshooting and fault analysis
- Support of the 2nd Level in case of customer complaints and escalations
- Appraisal and implementation of new customer project solutions
- Extension and support of running projects
- Configuration of system components
- Shift work
Qualifications:
- Min. 5 years experience in Fixnet Business Customer provisioning process
- Very good process documentation skills
- Experience to implement processes into a new operations step-up
- Good understanding of workflow tooling
- Flexibility to take-over variations of the role
- Able to set-up and steer customer meetings, work with customer
- Able to identify improvement areas and optimisation
- Familiar with outsourcing principles
- Fluent German language
