Für unseren Kunden, ein renommierter internationaler IT-Dienstleister, suchen wir für ein Umzugsprojekt eine/nFacility Project Coordinator (m/w)
Consultant are requested for
• Co-ordinate customer-internal functions, external PM
(C&W) and external parties (e.g. landlord, construction companies, suppliers etc.)
• Ensure of milestones and deadlines are met by customer-internal parties
• Support and conduct communication to affected departments, teams, and staff
• Steer external PM
• Organize project meetings (internal and external, regular and special)
• Report project status to internal stakeholders (e.g. affected departments, supporting functions, workers council, and management)
• Ensure implementation of applicable company standards and guidelines given by top management
• Conduct cost calculation (together with controlling) and steer cost compensation
• Prepare and monitor internal communication to customer staff (e.g. via stakeholders, management and/or communications department)
Skills:
Must have:
• Project Management
• Facilities Management
• Facility Services
• English - business fluent/ German – business fluent
Nice to have:
• ISAE 3402

• ISMS
