xDSL Backoffice Technician

We are currently recruiting for an xDSL Backoffice Technician to join their business in Germany.
Position Title: xDSL Backoffice Technician

Main Responsibilities:
- Analysis of fixed access measurements
- Creation of FLM ticket with clear indication of the service location (customer, HVT, or both)
- Dispatch ticket to FLM SP, Ticket tracking
- Remote support of FLM engineer for troubleshooting and commissioning of new installed CPEs - Documentation of solution in ticket system and forwarding to Customer Care
- Provide services fully compliant with the SLA agreed.
- Prioritize and manage several tickets at one time.
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge in fixed access (CPE, DLSAM, ) troubleshooting and installation.
- Good knowledge in OSI layer model and ITIL v3
- Good knowledge in analysis and interpretation of physical fixed access parameters
- Compliant to work in shift Mo-So 08:00 - 18:00
- Establish a good working relationship with customers and field service engineers
- Able to work independently and efficiently;
- Ability to multitask with ease and professionalism;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required;
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized;
- Fluent German language
