Operational Business Process Analyst

We are currently recruiting for an Operational Business Process Analyst to join their business in Germany.
Position Title: Operational Business Process Analyst
Position Type: Contract

Main Responsibilities:
- Create an operational Handbooks
- Process documentation
- Implement processes into a new operations set-up
- Set-up and steer customer meetings, work with customer
- Identify improvement areas and optimisation
- Define quality measures and SLA implementation
Qualifications:
- Experience in Managed service delivery projects
- Commercial principles awareness
- Some experience in Project management
- Min. 5 years experience in Fixnet Business Customer provisioning process
- Good understanding of workflow tooling
- Flexibility to take-over variations of the role
- Very good Presentation skills
- Familiar with outsourcing principles
- German fluent
