As a member of the Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence (DW/BI) Development team in Global Platforms BI &Big Data, you will leverage your business analysis and data modelling experience and expertise to support the
development of shared solutions to the Allianz entities worldwide. Duties include: DW/BI data modelling;
analysis of business requirements; partner with our offshore development team; authoring technical, user and
operations documentation; actively communicating and interact with all stakeholders; and perform other task as
assigned.

Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, analyse and capture the requirements from OEs
- Understand the business requirements from the customer and propose business solution (incl. Data
Analysis/Data Profiling/Data Modelling)
- Develop database design for BI components that meet business requirements consistent with customer needs
- Identifying potential gaps between the current Global BI offering and the OE's requirements
- Providing input for product development based on the identified gaps to OE's requirements
- Supporting new packaging of available products and services to better serve customer OEs needs
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
Academic background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related technical field
- Experience in data modelling and business analysis in DW/BI development
- Experience with dimensional modelling and modelling tools (e.g. Erwin)
- Strong understanding of Oracle database and Data Warehouse
- Strong experience in working with Business Customers for requirements definition and transforming these into
data model
- Experience in agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM)

Desired requirements /skills /experience
- Insurance and/or BI background is a plus
- Fluent English written and spoken; German language skills are a plus
