The Senior developer / Scrum Master Developer specifies, designs, implements and/or tests complex software programs, modules and/or functions.Organize and facilitate daily standup, product backlog, sprint planning, sprint review & sprint retrospective meetings and other Scrum-related activitiesMentor the development teams to understand and practice core Scrum Principles, Roles, Rules and ValuesWorks on projects developing efficient and effective applications in accordance with the context provided by the client or customer, adhering to team/company standards and software best practice guidelines, and corporate policies.Ensure all developments are fully documented, meet design requirements.

Erforderlich:
â?¢ More than 5 years of experience in Software development in an agile environmentâ?¢ Extensive practical experience in SW development based on, Java (JEE, Spring), Java-Script frameworks, e.g. Angular JS, and relevant tools e.g. NPM, Grunt â?¢ Testing frameworks, e.g JUnit, Karma.â?¢ Experience in complex Application Lifecycle Management systems (GIT, SVN) and continuous integration concepts and implementation within an Cloud environment (e.g. Cloud foundry)â?¢ Experience in customer facing rolesâ?¢ Fluent German (English optional) in speaking and writingâ?¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skillsâ?¢ Works independently and self-organized with a clear focus on resultsEducationâ?¢ Degree in computer science, systems/computer engineering preferredâ?¢ Experience of working within an agile software development environmentâ?¢ Experience with the full software development life cycle, including design, testing, deployment,maintenance,documenation
