Cleaning Validation Engineer - Frankfurt - 6 Months' - up to €80 per hour.Optimus Life Sciences are looking for a Cleaning Validation Engineer with experience in Change Controls using Sentry System. Experience with single use equipment would be beneficial to your application.
This role will be 60% revolved around the change controls and 40% on cleaning validation, my client would like someone with hands on experience developing a new cleaning cycle.
Responsibilities include: All cleaning validation related activities, including:
- Management of related validation master plans.
- Preparation, execution and review of validation documentation in relation to equipment and facility cleaning.
- Review of third party generated protocols and reports where necessary. - Management of deviations related to cleaning validation.
- Oversight of any exceptions / deviations in relation to cleaning verification.
- Ensure appropriate investigations of deviations, errors, complaints, failures and adverse events requiring documented review and action.
- Review and improve departmental processes and eliminate waste.
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Experience with Cleaning validation, Manual / Automatic cleaning
- Extensive Cleaning Validation experience
- Experience with single use equipment
- Working for a multi-product organisations
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and hit deadlines.
- Experience with Change Controls using Sentry System is preferential
- German speaker - Written and Spoken - you will be present on the shop floor
