For my client, an international pharmaceutical player; I am looking for a motivated project support/research assistant for his site in Munich.In this responsible function, you support the program manager in daily business as well as concrete, project specific tasks.
The employment will be limited to 6 months with the next possible start date. Full-time employment is strongly desired.
Due to the limited perion, also freelance is an option.
Your tasks:
- assistance during meetings with different external and internal stakeholders; meeting minutes
- cover operational aspects to align Legal, Procurement, Controlling (with US and EU)
- support in drafting presentations, excel tables, word documents (used for content presentations, team profiles, resource oversight & planning)
- introducing teams into technical and formal processes - how to work with vendor latforms, where to work on Q&A cards, where to file information
- establish platform for internal information exchange and file storage
- organisation and coordination of appointments
Your profile:
- very good english skills are obligatory as communication and all documents are in english
- resiliance, also in stressful project stages
- very good understanding of pharmaceutical content is helpful
- great communication and organisational skills
- experienced in setting up TCs/meetings/minutes writing and tracking of item
