For our customer in the Frankfurt area, we are currently looking for Business Analysts for Settlement and T2S.T2S shall be based on a single technical platform integrated with central bank real-time gross settlement systems. It shall be a service provided by the Eurosystem to CSDs allowing for the core, neutral and borderless settlement of securities transactions on a delivery-versus-payment basis in central bank money.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the management of sub stream project deliveries
* Close consultation with the business partners to determine project requirements and partners with multiple teams to ensure
appropriate integration of functions to meet goals.
* Responsible for Project plan, Milestones, Risk and issue identification, managing and tracking providing transparency and escalation
where necessary, Steerco preparation
* Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details,
abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
As Business-Analyst you are responsible for
* To formulate and define business, functional and systems scope and objectives for complex, high- impact projects through in-depth
evaluation of complex business processes, functions and systems.
* Close consultation with the business partners to determine business requirements and partners with multiple teams to ensure
appropriate integration of functions to meet goals.
* Develop requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases,
scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
* Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal partners to analyse information needs and business requirements
Must haves:
* Experience in business analysis in Asset servicing business mandatory, Tax and securities preferred
* Experience and knowledge of Target 2 Security
* Experience and knowledge of Custody domain (both Global and Domestic Custody).
* A good business and technology understanding to liaise with developers to translate specifications into workable functions
* Very good analytical skills
* Be able to work in complex matrix structures in an international set up
