Junior Project Officer for a global Data Center Migration Project (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Support role to coordinate internal work tools, such as databases, distribution lists and calendars
- Help the project to be more efficient in its daily activities
- Prepare/send all documentation to team members and assist stream leads with their daily activities
- Assist in maintaining an efficient information sharing system for the team members
- Administrative follow up of procedures and deliverables, work plan follow up, actuals tracking, risks & issue process support
- Schedule meetings and prepare documents and minutes of the meetings
- Maintain office processes and manage digital document archives
- Oversee and manage scheduling for conference room (internal and external)
Your qualifications
- Project experience in an international environment
- Demonstrated experience in working in a team, and the ability to follow through with minimal supervision
- Able to work independently in Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access)
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of Information Technologies
