Your tasks:
- Coordinate communication with customer and internal engineering team as well as coordination between the members of the project and the production plant
- Coordinate internal milestones and reviews
- Coordinate the tool sourcing and kick-off preparation (proto and production)
- Follow-up of product validation
- Define right actions to achieve spec and quality convergence
- Lead of product change management (engineering perspective)
- Documentation of meeting minutes, visit minutes and journey minutes and distribution of the documents
- Follow-up of part life cycle documentation
- Analyse product, define action plan for improvement and implementation of changes in order to ensure product quality in line with customer expectation
- Presentation of product and action plan
Your qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering or significant professional experience
- Solid experience in design and development within an industrial environment, preferably in automotive interior parts
- Suitability for the engineering profile of the function (mandatory trainings)
- Deep know-how of injection, Slush and foaming technologies
- Good knowledge of customer BMW
- Strong communication and management skills
- German and English skills are required
