Planning Manager for FTTX to join their project in Germany.
Our client is a world-leading provider of telecommunications equipment & services to mobile & fixed network operators. Over 1,000 networks in more than 180 countries use their equipment & more than 40 percent of the world's mobile traffic passes through their networks.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning Network Upgrades, New Developments and Diversionary Works including customised solutions.
Management of all design & planning activity within the company Local Access Network.
Plan and assign work activities within agreed timescales to deliver customer service.
Meet or exceed the Company’s expectations for health safety & environment, programme delivery, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.
Budget and delivery responsibility for allocated work and projects including: cost control, exceeding forecasted margin, maintaining client relationships, maintaining on site EHS values and requirements and delivering a quality service.
Qualifications/Professional experiences Required:
Minimum of 5 years planning experience within the telecommunications industry working on both new installations and diversion projects.
Working knowledge of planning from exchange/headend to customer premises
Site survey experience.
Extensive knowledge of CDM Regulations and up-to-date working knowledge of related legislation
Design of external network plant.
Knowledge of private way leave and customer consents.
Competent in the use of IT.
Local languages are required for all countries!
