For my client, that is operating in the lifescience industry, I am looking for a well experienced freelance consultant in the field of compliance for the next possible start date on his site in Munich.In this position, you are giving support to all Healthcare Compliance requirements in the German affiliate.
Your tasks include the following:
- Provide leadership, advice, guidance, direction and support to the affiliate staff and stakeholders on interpretation and implementation of international and local Codes of Practice and legislation
- Maintain awareness of applicable laws and regulations in the country
- assist in the implementation of Corporate compliance programs in the country and participate in risk assessment
- Develop training programs
- participate in the Compliance audit preparation: set up meetings with departments, prepare documentation request and follow up on audit outcomes
- Conduct local Healthcare Compliance monitoring activities and follow-up on improvement actions
- und Business drivers and strategy
- Act as an advocate for Compliance within the business and represent country in the International Healthcare Compliance team
- Lead/participate in compliance initiatives/projects if required
Your main qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Science or Law or comparable relevant education
- Experience in pharma/biotech business (e.g. Quality, Regulatory) with ideally at least 1-2 years compliance related experience in cross-functional teams
- strong analytical skills
