Your tasks:
- Project lead of the teams Backoffice & Payroll, Front Service Desk and Service
- Ensure timely, correct and compliant payroll processing of employees and pensioners is provided
- Ensure timely, compliant and customer friendly interaction with all employees is provided
- Ensure recruiting services are provided
- Ensure pension and other benefits administration is provided
- Ensure the delivery of the global HR reporting (HR dashboard and local ad-hoc reportings)
- Rollout and alignment of HR support processes
- Implementation of MCP- and SOX-compliance requirements
- Ensure the provision of HR data with regard to financial closing requirements
- Application owner for the Cherwell Service Management System and 4com
- Contact person for Service Hotline -related questions
Your qualifications
- University degree
- In-depth experience as HR Business Partner or in HR
- Excellent HR process understanding
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good analytical abilities
- Fluency in English and German
- Willingness to travel
