Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Analysis and resolution of incoming incidents and service requests
Providing 2nd & 3rd Level Support (focus on SAP security) to end users, resolving system errors and implementing small enhancements , in line with SLAs
Updating relevant documentation such as Security and Design Specifications
Perform and assist with root cause analysis of incidents
Ensuring all activities are delivered in line with SAP best practice as well as SoX and GxP compliance needs
Engage with 3rd party vendors providing services
Close cooperation with internal SAP project teams
Required Knowledge & Skills
Graduate in a business focused economic science, computer science subject or a long-term history in SAP projects
A minimum of 2-3 years hands on experience in SAP Security Controls and Authorisations in a global environment.
SAP authorization consultant certification an advantage
Experience with GRC and its concepts and abilities
Good understanding of the SAP security concept across all of the core ECC modules and experience building roles via the profile generator
Able to makes suitable recommendations for business processes and segregation of duties/compliance requirements
Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks
Familiar with SAP Solution Manager and ITIL processes (ideally ITIL certified)
Know-how in Cherwell is a plus
Customer orientation and being proactive
Fluent English; German and /or French are a plus
