Project Support/Project Planner
We are currently looking for Project Support/Project Planner to join one of our clients, a global telecommunication company.
Position Title: Project Support/Project Planner
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Location: North Rhine Westphalia, Germany

Responsibilities:
- Review project planning inputs; create project milestone templates
- Monitor, maintain & improve performance
- Secure correct customer reporting
- Alignment of different database, Data Management
- Support/Possible Preparation of data in Excel
- Implementation of quality gates between different database
- Secure end to end data quality ( sitehandler, PPLus, SAP)
- Processing of customer orders and invoices in the field
- Drafting order proposals by Default, testing of incoming orders, checking and tracking invoices, correction of erroneous order proposals
- Data control/CR Process/GCU Reporting/Data consistency/Frozen List
Qualifications/Professional experiences Required:
- Commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience project management experience
- Good understanding of telecommunication industry, focus on Operator way of working
- Knowledge of standard MS Office package
- Good understanding of numbers, data and statistics; experience working with databases
- Good communication skills, high commitment to teamwork
- Structured approach, solution-oriented and business thinking, good analytical skills
- Mandatory language knowledge: German and English, spoken and written
