Your tasks:
- As part of a global IM team, help developing the global technical IM tools and processes in terms of scalability and automation to improve detection and response effectivity
- Take full ownership of security issues occurring within the EU region Ensure clear understanding of the issues and timely response by performing appropriate task delegation and follow-up to various sites and IS teams within the EU region
Your qualifications
- Excellent background in technical information security and incident response, ideally SOC environment
- Strong system engineering base, WINTEL server and primarily Linux clients
- Experience in technical service desk support
- Excellent kowledge in security operations, or IT operations with strong emphasis on system security
- Versed in security operations, or IT operations with good exposure to non-system specific technical information security controls
- Well experienced in managing advanced end-point protection technologies , log management and log correlation
- Good exposure to relational databases and experience in scripting languages
- Good understanding of security incident response and forensics principles
- Good understanding of network concepts; routing, switching, transport/application layer protocols
- Fluent English
